Purchases can be returned within 14 days after the receipt of goods. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused and with all its original packaging and tags on the clothes in perfect conditions. You will receive a reimbursement for the value of the returned item(s) within 14 days after the product has returned to our warehouse. We are entitled to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back from you or until you have produced evidence of having sent back the goods.

Please be aware that it can take up to 10 working days until the refunded amount is visible in your payment method. If you have paid via Bank deposit, it would be very helpful if you could get in touch with us and provide us your IBAN and BIC for the international bank transfer.
You can choose the carrier of your preference. We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive. We are entitled to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back from you or until you have produced evidence of having sent back the goods.

You don't need a special return label for this. Please be informed that we do not cover return shipping costs so you will have to bear the direct expenses of returning the goods. We are still a growing company and simply cannot afford to offer free shipping AND return shipping yet.

When making a return from countries outside of the EU (Switzerland, Norway, the UK from 2021) - please attach the original invoice on the outside of your parcel and write "RETURN" so customs can identify it as such and will not tax it on its way back to us again. If this has not been done correctly, the parcel will be declined at the border and returned to you to correct the issue, before re-sending.

In addition, the following criteria must be met:
- All original packaging with pricing, labels, hang tags etc. must be intact.
- No tape is to be attached to the product.

Returns which do not comply with the above listed criteria, risk being refused. We reserve the right to deduct handling fees in the case of missing labels or dirty/damaged items or packaging. Please make sure to package it properly.


You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days beginning from the day on which you or a third party named by you but other than the carrier has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e- mail at To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication executing your withdrawal before the 14 days’ period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract we shall refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, except for any supplementary expenses resulting from your decision to use a specific mode of delivery other than our standard delivery. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, e.g. you accept the substitution of the item or a voucher instead of the refund of the payments.

You shall send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. In order to meet the deadline, it suffices that you post the goods before the end of the deadline. You shall not be liable for a diminished value of the goods which is consequence of a necessary handling.
